| We can help arrange dives to Chinchorro banks to experience the mystery of 150+ sunken ships, or to the beautiful reefs that are only minutes away from Mayan Beach Garden. Diving is arranged through El Placer del Caribe, DreamTime diving and XTC. Chinchorro is often difficult to arrange, so we like to work with multiple diving partners. | |

Sting
Rays, tropical fish, lobster and a huge variety of sea-life make their
homes in the reefs that are only 150 yards from the shore. You can snorkel
or dive these reefs. Either way, we can arrange it for you. If you are
not diving certified, don't let it keep you out of the water. The snorkeling
is fabulous and doesn't require as much equipment. We can also arrange
a "try dive" so see if you like it.

After you dive, dine at Mayan Beach Garden Restaurant or take a sunset drink at the rooftop observatory. Orange Grunts are a common sight among brain coral and large sea fans. |
