During high season, there is a minimum stay of 3 nights in Mayan Beach Garden Inn. Two weeks prior to the actual dates we will book stays of one or two nights. No minimum for low or medium season. The beach front homes all have minimum stays of 5 days - week. If you don't see what you want, please ask about our new properties not yet listed on the web site.
