Casa Guerin was almost finished when Hurricane Dean hit the area. Now, completely rebuilt, it sports one of the best views on the Costa Maya. This "Off the grid" house is within walking distance of Mayan Beach Garden restaurant, so you don't have to cook! Mayan Beach Garden is proud to present this property in behalf of the owners.

The large 2nd story bedroom has double sliding glass doors that open out to the large deck. The windows allow the breezes to flow and the room is always cooled for good sleeping - but who can sleep in with a view like this! Wait until you see it in the moon-light!

Tinted windows let you look out, but keep others from looking in.

From the deck, look south out on Placer bay, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Maya with sandy beaches and only a 15 minute walk to world-class snorkeling.

Most days we just relaxed on the balcony taking in the sea breezes and the views. Other days were spent out front on the beach and floating in the ocean. We did long beach walks and enjoyed stopping for a drink and snack at Mayan Beach Garden. Marcia even arranged for a massage at the Casa on the font porch for us.

Your Casa is so spacious, clean, comfortable furnishings and such a well equipped kitchen. We know for a fact that this is the largest bathroom and bedroom of any place we’ve ever stayed! It was nice to have a FULL size fridge and an OVEN. Most places we stay usually only have small fridge and a cooktop. "

This couch makes into a futon for one extra person.
