Stunning views of the Caribbean from this roof-top deck are even better at night. With no neighbors around, sunbathing is very privite. Each bedroom also has two patios with spectacular views!  These upper level decks provide both ocean views to the East and a view of the magnificent jungle, complete with a fresh water lagoon to the West!

If you are looking for a comfortable and spacious house perfect for a group, you can't beat this house for the price. The on-site Spanish/English speaking care taker and two friendly dogs make sure you are well taken care of.

Casa Maria has a large private beach and your privacy is secured with no immediate neighbors to the north or south.

Two upstairs bedrooms are similar in that they both have 2 queen size beds A/C and ceiling fans in each room. (Dresser and large closet) If you open both sliding glass doors in the bedroom, you can enjoy the cool Caribbean breeze.  You can sit on any one of the two outside patios and enjoy the ocean or jungle views.

NOTE: please contact us directly if you have questions about this house. We are at the beach and located only 2 km North of Casa Maria.

The spacious kitchen has a 6 burner gas stove, large refrigerator/freezer, ample storage and vistas of the Caribbean .

• Purified water in 5 gallon dispenser

There are small grocery stores in Mahahual (18 km away) where you can pick up produce, tortillas and other fresh items.

The beautiful bedroom above has 2 queen-size beds of native wood. The glass doors open onto a second story deck providing expansive views of the sea and letting you enjoy the natural cooling of the Caribbean trade winds.

All bathrooms in Casa Maria are huge with ample counter space and open style showers.

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom is located on the main floor just off of the great room. It is furnished with a queen size bed, A/C & ceiling fans, closet area and a full bathroom. Through the master bedroom sliding doors you will step onto the large patio that walks out to the beautiful white sandy beach.

Kitchen overlooks the Great-room and wrap-around bar of local marble.

From the moment you walk through Casa Maria's front doors you will be in awe of the 2-story floor to cieling windows displaying the beautiful Caribbean Sea and the colorful dining table's wrap-around windows.

Rates for Casa Azucar 2011-12

• All prices are USD.
• Minimum of 5 days rental. If you want to rent for less than 5 days, there is an additional cleaning fee of $75
• Security deposit - $250
• Additional persons over 6 -- $15 charge per person per day .

  A/C is on a Schedule (8:00pm to 8:00am)

  Method of Payment: We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Check, Money Orders and Wire Transfer. 
  For non-U.S. Guests - Credit Card, PayPal and Wire Transfer only.
  
  To avoid finance charges on your security deposit when it is returned to you, please pay the Security deposit via Check or PayPal.
